Shipping:
All shipping is free in the UK. There is a small charge for delivery outside the UK.

When the artworks are ready for posting they are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days in the UK or 7 to 14 days outside the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

An email is sent to you when your item is posted with a tracking number so you can check its progress. For getting ready to post times from ordering check the artworks page for details.


Framing:
To allow you to pick your own style of frame all limited edition and open edition prints are sent unframed unless specifically mentioned.

All prints are made in standard sizes that frames are readily available in.

Original paintings may be framed or designed not to have a frame. Full details will be found on the specific paintings page.  

Do you have a studio I can visit:
I do not have a retail shop. The best way to contact me is by email or telephone

(Please note, sometimes people turn up unannounced hoping to visit without speaking to me. Unfortunately I am not able to see them as I do not have facilities for visitors. To avoid disappointment after usually a long drive please contact me by email or by telephone before travelling.)  

Can I return an artwork:
If the artwork is not as you expected you have 14 days to return it to me for a full refund.

The artwork must be returned in the same new condition it was sent to you. You are responsable for any shipping cost to return  the item to me.

When posting your artwork back I would suggest that you return it using something like royal mail special delivery that has tracking and insurance in case of loss.

If you could let me know when it is sent, I will look out for the parcel and contact you when it arrives. I am not liable for something sent back to me that has been lost in the post.

Do you do commissions:
Sorry no I do not do any commission work I just paint what inspires me.
